front office Employee
As a Front Office Employee you are the first point of contact for our guests. With your friendly and professional attitude, you ensure a warm welcome and offer excellent service at check-in and check-out. You answer questions from guests about the hotel, the environment and facilities, and assist in booking packages and activities. You handle problems or complaints in a smooth and customer-friendly manner.
- You have a representative appearance and a hospitable personality.
- Experience in a similar position within the hotel industry is an advantage, but we are also open to enthusiastic candidates without experience.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- You are flexible and willing to work in varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
